In season, while Yahoo is running, approval is only needed in Yahoo. When Yahoo is down for the year the trade must be approved in here.

This site in general is more for when yahoo is not up, or drafting. You can post it if you would like, but as it will be tracked in yahoo (Approval is my concern), I'm ok with it going through yahoo only during the season.
